A regular yoga practice improves health and happiness because it increases strength, flexibility and balance across not only the physical level, but the emotional level as well which translates off the mat and into day to day life. Heightened ability to focus and remember, greater resilience and endurance, as well as establishing the ability to respond rather than react are some of the benefits yoga can bring to your life.

Sessions can be booked as 1 on 1 or small groups of up to 10. Styles of yoga include:
Yomassage is a new, deeply restorative wellness modality that combines mindfulness, restorative yoga and gentle hands on massage from a Licensed Massage Therapist. Sessions are generally 90 minutes long and the class is lead through a sequence of gentle yoga postures using plenty of props for support. Postures are held for around 10 minutes and hands on massage is applied to each student paying special attention to each bodies' unique level of comfort and areas of focus for the session.
